How can I track my order?

You should receive an email with your tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched. Please get in touch via the ‘Contact Us’ page if you require further assistance.

What does the ‘IN STORE PICK-UP’ option mean?

We offer a ‘PICK-UP’ option for our customers located close to our Lyndoch store, or alternatively if you simply prefer to make a drive by rather than being posted. This can be useful for customers wanting to have their order in time for the weekend, and who are concerned their order may not arrive in time via Australia Post. Once you have placed your order, it will be available for immediate pick up (within store business hours). Please see below section on trading hours.

Do you have a sizing chart?

Our sizes vary from style to style so we are unable to provide an accurate sizing chart. We do offer sizing guides on most of our products in the description. Below is a General Sizing Guide for our store:

Can I make changes to my order once processed?

Unfortunately, once an order has been processed online we are unable to make changes or cancel. 

How do I return my order if something is wrong?

You are able to return an item for a full refund if it is faulty. Items returned for change of mind will receive a store credit. These items must be returned within 14 days. Please see the ‘Returns’ section of our website for all the details. 

Can earrings, hats and headscarfs be returned? 

No. For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept these items back for return.

Can I get a refund if I return my order?

No. We only offer exchange or store credit on any return orders for change of mind.

Do I pay for postage if I return my order?

Yes. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our HQ, so please ensure you use a postal service that insures the value of the items you are posting.

How long do I have to use my store credit?

Credits are valid for 12 months from issue date.

How do I apply a credit to my order?

You will be sent an individual code to apply at checkout. Or if the return is in-store, we will give you the option of an online code or a physical gift card.

How do I combine my order?

You can combine a new order with a previously placed order if the original order hasn’t been dispatched. Simply write the original order number in the COMMENTS section so our staff know your previously placed order. 

Do you have a shop?

We certainly do! It is located in the beautiful Barossa Valley at 3 Lyndoch Valley Road, Lyndoch, South Australia.

What are your business hours?

Please check our Facebook page for current trading hours.

Do you offer private shopping events?

Yes we do! Please contact us if you would like to organise a private shopping event for a group of 8 or more. These are available outside of normal business hours. You bring the peeps, we’ll provide the shopping (and bubbles!)

Can I order gift cards online?

Yes, you can do this via our GIFT CARD tab.

We hope to make your online shopping experience an easy and enjoyable transaction. We understand that you want your newly purchased items to arrive as quickly as possible! For this reason, our team will endeavour to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours. We offer a choice of shipping methods to suit your needs!

Eligible areas for local next day delivery include: Angaston, Cockatoo Valley, Greenock, Lyndoch, Marananga, Nuriootpa, Seppeltsfield, Stockwell, Tanunda, Williamstown 

• $10.00 next business day delivery
• Orders must be placed before 12.00 p.m. (Monday-Thursday) to receive next day delivery

All orders are dispatched via Fastway Couriers. Orders must be placed by 12.00 p.m. (Monday-Thursday) to receive next day delivery. Orders placed before 12.00 p.m. on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday. Orders placed after 12.00 p.m. on a Friday or on a weekend will be delivered on the following Tuesday. Please keep in mind that orders made on public holidays will not be dispatched until the following business day.

Courier deliveries do require a residential or business address. If you would prefer a PO Box delivery service, please select one of our Australia Post shipping options. 

To ensure next day delivery, please note that your parcel will have an authority to leave sticker attached. If no one is available to receive the parcel at the nominated delivery address, the parcel will be left in a safe place. Additional delivery instructions can be added at checkout.

Standard and Express delivery - Australia-wide (Australia Post)

• $8.00 flat rate standard shipping (2-7 business days)
• $12.00 flat rate express shipping (1-3 business days)
• Free standard shipping when you spend $130 or more.

Once your Australia Post order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a unique tracking number. If for any reason the parcel cannot be delivered, Australia Post will leave a slip specifying pickup and location details for you to collect your purchase.


ALL ORDERS:

Please take care when providing a delivery address. Any parcels returned to Primp Style Co. due to an incorrect address will be re-delivered at the customers expense.

Please understand that we do our very best to ensure that all orders are delivered in the specified timeframes. However, please note that during our sale/promotional and holiday periods, delivery may be longer than specified.

If you are concerned that your order is running late or lost, please contact us at info@primpstyleco.com.au so that we can assist in tracking it down!

Thank you for shopping with Primp Style Co. We hope you love your purchase but we do understand that mistakes can be made, particularly when shopping online.

If you are not satisfied with your selection, we will happily provide you with a store credit. This credit will be valid for 12 months and can be used to purchase any item/s in store. 

Please choose carefully when purchasing a sale item. We do not offer store credits on sale items.

We do our very best to ensure the quality and consistency of our collection, however if you do receive an item with a manufacturing fault you are entitled to a full refund. Please contact us via email at info@primpstyleco.com.au should this occur.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing purchases. 

We do not offer refunds or store credits on orders which have not yet been dispatched.

Returns can be made in store at 3 Lyndoch Valley Road, Lyndoch SA within 14 days from the date of purchase. 

Alternatively, items can be returned via post. Please print our “Returns Form”, complete and include with your return delivery. 

Postal returns are at the expense of the customer and must be received by Primp Style Co within 14 days from the date of purchase.

We encourage you to make your postal return using a trackable service as the item/s will remain the property of the customer until received by Primp Style Co. 

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item/s, we will issue a store credit to the customer via email.

CONDITIONS

- Item/s must be returned and received by Primp Style Co. within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- All items must be returned in their original condition with all the packaging and tags still attached.
- Clothing will only be accepted if returned in its original condition; free from makeup and stains, unworn and unwashed.
- Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings and jewellery.
- Store credits will be to the value of the returned item/s only and will exclude shipping costs or any discount codes applied.
- Return postage costs must be covered by the customer.
- Primp Style Co is not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels during the return delivery.
- Items that do not satisfy the above conditions may not be accepted for return.
