    • Via FASTWAY Couriers
    • Orders must be placed before 12noon, Mon-Thurs to ensure next day delivery
    • Orders placed before 12.00 p.m. on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday.
    • Orders placed after 12.00 p.m. on a Friday or on a weekend will be delivered on the following Tuesday.
    • Please keep in mind that orders placed on public holidays will not be dispatched until the following business day.
    • Courier deliveries do require a residential or business address. If you would prefer a PO Box delivery service, please select one of our Australia Post shipping options.
    • Please note that your parcel will have an authority to leave sticker attached. If no one is available to receive the parcel at the nominated delivery address, the parcel will be left in a safe place. Additional delivery instructions can be added at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a unique tracking number. If for any reason the parcel cannot be delivered, Australia Post will leave a slip specifying pickup and location details for you to collect your purchase.

 ALL ORDERS:

Please take care when providing a delivery address. Any parcels returned to Primp Style Co. due to an incorrect address will be re-delivered at the customer's expense.

 Please understand that we do our very best to ensure that all orders are delivered in the specified timeframes. However, please note that during our sale/promotional and holiday periods, delivery may be longer than specified.
